The prices are based on four persons occupying the property. Every extra person above the first 4 persons will pay Euro 95 per week.

Terms and methods of payment

25% of total rent is payable on confirmation of booking (deposit) and the remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival at the property.
No partial or total refund of the said deposit or of the rent paid shall be effected in case of late arrival or early departure or in case of cancellation or non-presentation.
In case of non-presentation and/or early departure, the management , in its sole discretion, may forward a full or partial refund of the rent if the property is rented out again for the same period or part of same period.
